How do I cancel a booking and get a refund?
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the activity receive a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the host's cancellation policy applies. Visit your Bookings tab → Cancel to initiate.
How do I report a safety concern?
Use the in-app SOS button (bottom of any activity screen) for emergencies, or go to Activity → Report for non-urgent safety reports. Our safety team responds within 2 hours.

How do I become a verified host?
Host 5 activities with an average rating of 4.5+, complete ID verification, and you'll automatically be invited into the Trusted Host programme.
